Праздник спорта в Ягуново
10 октября на школьном стадионе в селе Ягуново состоялся областной Фестиваль спорта и здоровья, приуроченный к празднованию Международного Дня пожилого человека.
В нём приняли участие семь команд со всей Кемеровской области. Участники в возрасте от 55 до 64 лет состязались в 5 программах: стрельба из электронного оружия, дартс, нормативы комплекса ГТО, шахматы и северная ходьба.
Призовые места заняли наши земляки. По итогам соревнований Галина Долгова заняла 3-е место по шахматам среди женщин в группе 55-64 года, Людмила Максимова – 1-е место по стрельбе из электронного оружия среди женщин в группе 55-64 года, Сергей Румянцев – 2-е место в соревнованиях по Северной ходьбе среди мужчин в группе 60-64 года.
Команда округа стала победителем по выполнению нормативов комплекса ГТО.
По итогам Фестиваля команда Кемеровского округа заняла 4-е место, уступив командам городов Берёзовский, Кемерово и Прокопьевск.
Энтузиазму и спортивному азарту участников можно только позавидовать. Пример старшего поколения показывает, что в любом возрасте можно оставаться бодрым телом и духом. Начать заниматься спортом никогда не поздно – слова банальны, но это факт!
